A long-term plantation project being developed in phases.
Our oil palm initiative in Arunachal Pradesh spans approximately 200 hectares. Plantation activity is being taken up in phases, with around 50 hectares planted so far. The project is currently in its establishment stage, where the focus is on healthy plantation development, field management and productive use of the available land while the palms mature.

The land between young palms creates an opportunity for planned intercropping.
Oil palm is a long-term plantation crop and the early years provide space to evaluate suitable intercrops. For the current season, we are planning crops such as garlic, turmeric and black mustard within the plantation system, subject to local field conditions and crop-management requirements.

Seasonal Farming — Andhra Pradesh
Working with familiar crops and seasonal cultivation.
Alongside the long-term plantation project in Arunachal Pradesh, Abhiram Group is involved in seasonal agriculture in Andhra Pradesh. Approximately 20 acres are used each year for crops including chilli and cotton. This gives the Group direct exposure to shorter crop cycles, input management, crop protection, harvesting and market-linked farming decisions.

Our approach is to build practical knowledge through cultivation, improve each cycle and expand responsibly where the operating model makes sense.
